What if we bought a ranch?

What if we could go fishing whenever we wanted? What if we could grow our own food? What if we had our own water supply? What if we could raise chickens or goats or cattle? What if we could build what we wanted, when we wanted, from lumber that we milled on our own sawmill using our own trees?
