Snow on the Ranch

The Ranch is right around 2000 feet of elevation. We had a lot of precipitation in December — a record amount. But it was almost all rain. Although when we had rain, the places up the hill had snow. Mount Lassen got hammered with tens of feet of snow. But Ranch just got really wet. We were hoping it would get cold and those storms would turn white.

The snow arrived on Christmas morning. We had a few inches Christmas and a few inches more over the next few days. The Ranch is beautiful in the snow.
